The move is part of a wider network review that sees the low-cost carrier leaving four airports until the end of the year: Istanbul, Harstad-Narvik, Oslo and Leeds Bradford.
At Oslo, easyJet currently operates Manchester service. Last year, the airline offered roughly 11,000 one-way seats on a monthly basis, corresponding to 61 departures from Oslo, according to Avinor data.
easyJet’s Oslo presence expanded in October 2024 when it launched services to Paris Charles de Gaulle and Milan Malpensa, with three and four weekly flights respectively. Those routes have since been withdrawn, leaving Manchester as the airline’s principal Oslo operation before the final exit.
The airline’s withdrawal from Harstad-Narvik (EVE) will follow in September 2026 but is only temporary, according to easyJet spokesperson, who indicated that “flights to Harstad-Narvik for next summer will go on sale once we have finalized our summer program.”
easyJet launched services there in 2025, initially linking the northern Norwegian airport with Amsterdam and Milan. The Amsterdam route was subsequently dropped, leaving Milan as the final service.
The retrenchment leaves Tromsø (TOS) as easyJet’s sole Norwegian airport. The airline has built a significantly broader network there, serving destinations including Amsterdam, Berlin, Bristol, Geneva, London Gatwick, Manchester, Milan Malpensa and Paris Charles de Gaulle.
The Tromsø expansion was part of easyJet’s 2024 push into northern Norway. At the time, Avinor announced seven new easyJet routes from Tromsø, alongside the carrier’s new Oslo services.
