The Hospitality Experience, a collection of three distinctive Italian properties, is inviting corporate travel planners, incentive specialists and event organisers to explore its meetings, buyout and incentive offering across Florence, Venice and Umbria.
According to the 2026 Amex GBT Global Meetings & Events Forecast, 85% of meeting professionals are optimistic about the sector, with creating engaging experiences and improving attendee satisfaction their top priority for the second year in a row. Meanwhile, research from the Internova Index finds that more than half of C-Suite executives frequently combine business travel with leisure, underlining the growing demand for venues that offer more than a meeting room. All three properties within The Hospitality Experience are well placed to meet that demand, combining distinctive settings with a personalised approach to events and a culinary offer that draws directly on the character of each location.
Borgo dei Conti Resort, Umbria
Set in the hills of Umbria, Borgo dei Conti lends itself to a wide range of gatherings. “No two groups come to Borgo dei Conti for the same reason. A corporate incentive, a landmark anniversary, a multigenerational family celebration, we host them all, and each one is shaped entirely around the people who come. The estate, the kitchen and the Umbrian setting do the rest,” said Isabella Cillerai, Commercial Director at Borgo dei Conti. “The hotel is also particularly well aligned to car industry events. Whether launching a new model, hosting a media drive, organising a dealer convention or creating an exclusive customer experience, Borgo dei Conti combines an authentic Italian setting, exclusive buyouts with premium hospitality for VIP guests, easy accessibility with a sense of escape, flexible indoor and outdoor event spaces, and spectacular routes for test drives.”
Available exclusively to one group at a time, it accommodates up to 80 guests across 40 rooms, with exclusive use of the pool, spa, gym, tennis and padel courts and grounds included as standard. The resort’s restaurant, Cedri, is central to this: Chef Emanuele Mazzella cooks Umbrian cuisine using estate-grown and locally sourced ingredients, truffles, game, freshwater fish and regional wines, and works with groups to build bespoke menus around their visit. The team also creates tailor-made incentive programmes around the estate and its surroundings, drawing on cooking classes, guided visits to the apiary with honey tasting, and truffle hunting in the surrounding woodland. A private stone chapel is also available for ceremonies and celebrations.Londra Palace Venezia
Londra Palace Venezia offers five event spaces that make it well suited to smaller corporate gatherings, private dinners and incentive groups seeking an exceptional setting. The Altana rooftop terrace, with its views across the lagoon, is perfect for sunset aperitivi and intimate dining for up to fifteen guests, available April to September, while the ground-floor Terrace accommodates up to 70 for standing receptions. For more formal requirements, the LPV Ristorante is led by Chef Daniele Galliazzo, whose menus are rooted in Venetian and Veneto produce and tradition, and offers private dining for up to 50, and the Salotto Vittorio Zecchin, a salon inspired by the private art collection of the Babini Family, provides an intimate and distinctive environment for board meetings and small executive gatherings. The property’s team is hands-on from the outset, working with each group to ensure the experience reflects what they are there for and need.
THE PLACE Firenze
At just 20 rooms, THE PLACE Firenze feels more like a private Florentine residence than a hotel, making it a natural fit for executive retreats, family occasions and intimate corporate gatherings where discretion matters. Food and drink are part of the offer throughout, from breakfast through to private evening dining, with menus put together around the group and the season rather than following a fixed format. The Rooftop Floor can be taken on a partial buyout basis for groups of up to eleven, with private dining available at The Glass Yard or on the Rooftop Terrace. A full buyout, available from €32,000 + VAT per night, accommodates up to 42 guests and transforms the property into an entirely private home in the heart of the city. Every programme is shaped around the group, with Florence’s cultural and culinary offer on the hotel’s doorstep as a natural extension of the stay.
