Albury Landing opens new oceanfront luxury estate in the Florida Keys

TAVERNIER, FLORIDA KEYS – Albury Landing has opened a new oceanfront estate in the Florida Keys, located along the waters of Tavernier Key near the Old Historic District of Tavernier. The property introduces a private buyout hospitality concept combining residential-style accommodation with resort-level services.

The estate is designed to host milestone celebrations, destination weddings, family gatherings, fishing trips and corporate retreats. The property operates exclusively through full buyouts, offering guests privacy and personalized services.

Morgan Fox, General Manager of Albury Landing, said: “We are thrilled to welcome our first guests to Albury Landing and share this extraordinary piece of the Keys. From the moment guests arrive, we will help them truly immerse themselves in the destination. Whether it is watching the sunrise from our private oceanfront peninsulas or back country fishing with a legendary Keys guide, we ensure every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to create memories that will last a lifetime.”

The estate overlooks the waters of Tavernier Harbor and was designed by architectural firm D’Asign Source with interior design by Studio IDC. The design follows a contemporary “Hemingway Chic” concept that blends island architecture with coastal design elements.

The property includes five accommodation units. The main residence, Albury House, offers four bedrooms across 5,424 square feet of interior space with an additional 5,370 square feet of outdoor areas. The residence includes a vaulted-ceiling Great Room, dining and living spaces and a chef’s kitchen equipped with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. The elevated veranda features outdoor dining areas, lounge seating and an outdoor grill.

The estate also includes the Ocean Villa, a one-bedroom accommodation designed for two guests with a terrace overlooking the ocean, vaulted ceilings and a spa-style bathroom featuring a Japanese soaking tub.

The Bay Villa includes two bedrooms and accommodates up to four guests. The villa features vaulted ceilings, a kitchenette, washer-dryer and a veranda overlooking both the ocean and gardens.

Garden Villa and Palm Villa each offer one-bedroom accommodations with living rooms, convertible sofa beds, wet bars, work areas and terraces facing landscaped tropical gardens.

The property includes a heated and cooled outdoor pool with water lounge chairs and tanning platform, as well as a hot tub with seating for eight guests. Two peninsula-style beaches provide oceanfront areas for dining, relaxation and events.

A private deep-water boat basin and ramp provides direct access to the surrounding waters of Tavernier Key for fishing, diving and other marine activities. Additional facilities include outdoor living areas, fitness and yoga rooms, spa services, a fire pit and flexible event spaces.

The estate also features a gated entrance with a security gatehouse and dedicated parking areas for the main residence and each villa.

A concierge team manages guest services and organizes customized activities including offshore sport fishing, saltwater fly fishing and seaplane excursions across the islands.

Albury Landing is located in the Old Historic District of Tavernier, between Key Largo and Islamorada in the Upper Keys. The area is known for its coastal landscape, mangrove ecosystems and marine activities and is widely recognized as a sportfishing destination.

The property is approximately 90 minutes by car from Miami International Airport.
