Access Hospitality appoints Aravinda Gollapudi as Chief Technology Officer

 

LONDON & NEWTON, MA – Access Hospitality, the hospitality technology division of The Access Group, announced the appointment of Aravinda Gollapudi as Chief Technology Officer. She will lead the organisation’s global technology vision with a focus on embedding agentic AI across its platform to deliver more connected operations for hospitality businesses.

Aravinda joins from Sage where as Head of Platform Business Unit and SVP of Technology she led a globally distributed organisation spanning product, engineering and platform strategy. Her 28-year career includes leadership roles at Intuit, Ellie Mae and VeriSign, with expertise in SaaS architecture, AI-driven transformation and large-scale platform development. She was recently named among Channel Insider’s 2025 Top 50 AI Leaders in the Channel and is a Stevie Award winner.

Her appointment supports Access Hospitality’s strategy to build an integrated platform spanning reservations, accommodation management, EPoS, payments, guest engagement, marketing, procurement, workforce management and operations. With millions of daily transactions and interactions processed through the platform, the company aims to advance agentic AI capabilities that operate autonomously, including pricing optimisation, demand forecasting, personalisation and operational efficiency.

Her role will cover the full technology organisation, focusing on platform architecture alignment and innovation strategy for the company’s global customer base. Based on the US East Coast, she will work closely with the UK-headquartered leadership team to strengthen coordination between the company’s US and European operations.

In addition, Aravinda serves as a board advisor to early-stage technology companies and is active in diversity and inclusion initiatives in the technology sector, having participated in internal and external panels and being recognised by Sage as a diversity champion.
