HBX Group integrates Telefónica’s eSimFLAG into Roiback to enhance traveller connectivity

LONDON, ENGLAND – HBX Group has announced a new partnership that will bring Telefónica’s eSimFLAG solution to its hoteltech brand Roiback, allowing hotel partners to offer travellers seamless mobile connectivity in 170 destinations worldwide. The agreement provides preferential conditions for Roiback clients, positioning the service as an added-value feature for improving the guest experience.

eSimFLAG is a fully digital, prepaid solution that gives travellers unlimited mobile data with a flat daily rate. Users can activate the service in seconds, monitor their spending and pay only for the days they need, without unexpected fees. With no expiration date and availability independent of operator or country of origin, the product is designed to simplify connectivity for international travellers.

“Connectivity has become an essential part of the travel experience,” said Cristina Perea, Managing Director of Roiback, part of HBX Group. “By teaming up with Telefónica, we’re helping travellers stay connected anywhere in the world while giving our hotel partners another way to enhance their guests’ stay. It’s a great example of how technology can make travel easier, more reliable, and more enjoyable.”

The offer stands out from competing services that typically charge per gigabyte or apply higher daily rates. eSimFLAG’s pricing model and reliability are supported by Telefónica’s global telecom infrastructure.

The integration supports HBX Group’s broader strategy to expand its suite of digital solutions. By connecting travellers, partners and technology through scalable tools, the company aims to address the fragmentation of the travel industry and streamline the experience for both guests and accommodation providers.
