The two upcoming properties reinforce Outbound Hotels’ mission to provide accessible, design-driven stays in nature-based destinations that combine comfort with proximity to major national parks and outdoor attractions.
Outbound Yosemite – Opening Q1 2026
Set on a 17-acre site just 15 miles from Yosemite National Park’s South Gate, the new Outbound Yosemite will feature 104 park-model cabins, 12 lodge rooms, a pool and hot tub, and 5,000 square feet of flexible indoor-outdoor meeting space. The property aims to serve both leisure travelers and small group gatherings seeking direct access to Yosemite’s natural landscapes.
Outbound Sedona – Opening Q2 2026
Launching later in the year, Outbound Sedona will introduce 138 rooms designed with Pueblo-inspired architecture and layered interiors reflecting the local desert environment. The property will also include Moonwater, a pool and lounge complex created for sunset relaxation and stargazing — an experience synonymous with Sedona’s distinctive natural scenery.
Bookings for both properties will open on November 3, 2025, with stays beginning March 1, 2026, at Yosemite and later that spring in Sedona.
The addition of these two destinations expands Outbound Hotels’ presence across key U.S. outdoor markets while strengthening its partnership with CoralTree Hospitality, which will support operations, guest experience, and brand development as the collection continues to grow nationwide.
