Pistachio, sour cherry and masa are among the top food trends for 2025, according to industry groups and trend watchers. Masa, a corn-based dough, is gaining popularity in restaurants such as Komal in Los Angeles and Tatemo in Houston, which highlight its versatility and vibrant colors.
