During this time period, guests can save up to 20 percent off bookings, and get an extra 10 percent off if they pay for their cruise in full. They will also receive a $100 bar tab bonus, which acts as onboard credit that is used for extra-cost beverages across the ship.
Soon, Virgin Voyages will also premiere new entertainment and live acts that pay homage to the brand’s musical beginnings, with up and coming musical artists.
The Sea Blue, Save Green offer is available for all voyages, including sailings on Virgin’s upcoming ships Valiant Lady and Resilient Lady.
Valiant Lady will be Virgin Voyages’ second cruise ship and make her debut in the United Kingdom this March. Following spring sailings there, she will head to the Mediterranean for the summer to operate voyages from Barcelona.
Resilient Lady, the fleet’s third vessel, is slated to launch from Athens, Greece in July 2022, operating Adriatic Sea sailings.
A cruise line founded by Richard Branson, Virgin Voyages was originally set to make its big debut in 2020. Its first ship, Scarlet Lady, was delivered to the line in February 2020, just before the pandemic took hold and the cruise industry shut down across the globe.
Because of the shutdown, the ship’s cruising debut was significantly pushed back, and Scarlet Lady eventually had her first passenger sailing in August 2021 in the United Kingdom.
In October 2021, the ship set sail on her first cruise from Miami, where she is scheduled to operate four and five-night Caribbean cruises year-round.
