Istanbul's Bosphorus Bridge closed for Tiger Woods, so that he hit shot from one continent into another that marked the opening of Turkish Airlines Open Golf Tournament.
Woods arrived in Istanbul's Anatolia continent by helicopter and took part in a spectacular bridge photo-shoot. Woods posed for cameras after his historic shots. Domestic and international press members covered the event and there were many people, who wanted to witness the show. The Bosphorus Bridge was closed during his display. Drivers were directed to Istanbul’s second bridge on the Bosphorus; the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge.
Tiger Woods will travel to the Turkish southwestern city of Antalya to take on Europe's finest in the $7 million tournament at the Montgomerie Maxx Royal course.
Woods had also played last year's World Golf Final in Turkey but this season marks the first time the country has hosted an official European Tour event.
