MINNEAPOLIS—Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. expanded the footprint of its Sheraton brand with the opening of the Sheraton Bloomington.
The hotel, which is owned by WB Hotel Partners, LLC, and managed by Wischermann Partners, Inc., is the conversion of a former Sofitel and has begun a comprehensive $8 million renovation. The 282-room property is located five miles from the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.
