A
total of 12 RIU Hotels received
the prestigious MLT Vacations 2012
Quality Assurance Award presented at MLT University
in Minneapolis, Minnesota on
Saturday, September 22, 2012.
This
means that a third of RIU properties in the American continent have
been awarded for its consistent quality and service. Out of the more
than 3,500 hotels offered by MLT Vacations globally,
only 254 qualified to receive this award.

outstanding quality, customer service and product delivery ensuring
our customers receive the best experience possible,” said
MLT Vacations vice president of product development
Elizabeth Moriarty. “These 12 RIU properties has demonstrated
exemplary operational consistency and top-notch quality standards for
MLT Vacations and its Delta Vacations, AirFrance
Holidays, Alitalia Vacations, UnitedVacations,
Aeromexico Vacations, and Worry-Free Vacationscustomers.”
The
Quality Assurance Award recognizes qualifying hotels in
Australia, Europe, Mexico, the Caribbean, Latin America, and the
United States. For the 2012 award, results were measured against the
experiences of more than 1.3 million customers who traveled with
AirFrance Holidays, Alitalia Vacations, United Vacations,
Aeromexico Vacations, and Worry-Free Vacationsfrom the U.S. and
Canada.
