Travelers can now enable the app and search for Accor hotels on ChatGPT, specifying dates and guest details. The app will surface both public and loyalty member rates and property information such as room types, amenities and location.
Users are redirected to the ALL Accor booking platform to complete booking.
“This collaboration supports the hotel search from start to finish,” Accor wrote on LinkedIn.
“At Accor, we are committed to serving travelers on the platforms they want to use, every day. Artificial intelligence serves as a key tool in generating substantial value for both property owners and guests.”
When apps first launched in ChatGPT last October, Booking.com and Expedia were among OpenAI’s first partners, opening up a new distribution platform for travel and a new way to plan and book trips.
Accor said its app is available in more than 20 languages and in countries where ChatGPT apps are supported.
“This introduction of the ALL Accor app on ChatGPT marks a pivotal moment for Accor. We are fundamentally transforming how guests interact with our brands, leveraging cutting-edge capabilities to deliver unparalleled convenience and personalization,” said Alix Boulnois, chief commercial, digital and tech officer at Accor.
“This move significantly enhances our ALL Accor loyalty proposition and reinforces our market leadership, creating substantial value across our global network for both our guests and our valued partners.”
Accor noted that the app was designed specifically for ChatGPT and is separate from the ALL Accor mobile app.
“Launching the ALL Accor app in ChatGPT reflects Accor's goal to deliver intuitive, personalized experiences that combine convenience with loyalty benefits, while increasing visibility for its global portfolio with the world's most widely used AI platform,” the company said
