Glasgow has secured a major international events success, with the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) chosen to host the International Congress of Mathematicians (ICM) 2030. Taking place in Glasgow for the first time, this prestigious global event will bring thousands of researchers, academics and delegates to the city. Led by the University of Glasgow, the successful bid, centred on the powerful theme "People Make Mathematics" - highlights the city's world-class academic expertise, collaborative spirit and proven track record in hosting internationally significant conferences and events. |
