Silversea has appointed Nicola McNeish as Senior Director of Sales, UK & Ireland, effective from the end of September 2026. Reporting to Andreas Nuessel, Silversea’s Managing Director, UK and EMEA, Nicola will lead Silversea’s UK & Ireland trade sales strategy, nurturing the brand’s strong relationships with local trade partners while strengthening its position within the luxury cruise market. Nicola brings more than 20 years of experience in travel and cruise distribution, most recently as Director of Sales at Celebrity Cruises, where she led the UK & Ireland sales organisation, overseeing sales, trade marketing, trade support, training, partnerships, and events. During her tenure, she built a strong reputation for developing high-performing teams, driving commercial growth and leading with a collaborative and people-focused approach.
Earlier in her career with Celebrity Cruises and Thomas Cook Group, Nicola held roles spanning national accounts, strategic account management, product optimisation, and change management, giving her a broad commercial foundation across the UK travel industry. Nicola is well known across the UK & Ireland travel trade for her commercial acumen and senior industry relationships.
