No-show Policy Amendment (No-Show)
Recently, it has been observed that a number of passengers and some travel agents have booked seats on multiple flights simultaneously and then failed to show up (No-Show) at the last minute without canceling their bookings within the specified timeframe before departure.
These practices deprive other passengers, both Lebanese and foreign residents of Lebanon, of seats, as they are in dire need of travel during this critical period. This also negatively impacts the company's ability to manage seats fairly and efficiently.
Therefore, the company announces an amendment to its No-Show policy. The established procedures will be strictly enforced for any booking not canceled within the specified timeframe before departure. This is to protect the rights of all passengers and ensure that the largest possible number of people have the opportunity to utilize available seats.
Under the amended policy, the No-Show fee has been set as follows:
• US$300 for Economy Class
• US$500 for Business Class The company also reserves the right to cancel the entire ticket in both classes in the event of a no-show.
Therefore, the company urges all passengers and travel agents to cancel bookings they do not intend to use within the specified timeframes. This will contribute to smoother travel and ensure fairness and responsibility in serving all passengers.
Flexible Ticketing Policy:
• One free rebooking in the same cabin within one week of the travel date.
• Full refund for unused tickets without penalties.
