intuitive marks one year under Banyan ownership

LONDON – intuitive, a UK-based travel technology company, is marking one year since its acquisition by Banyan Software, reporting continued development of its iVector reservation platform, strengthened operational stability and growth in its customer base of tour operators, OTAs and wholesalers.

Over the past year, intuitive has focused on reinforcing core functionality within iVector while increasing platform flexibility to support customers’ varying business models and technology strategies. Backed by Banyan’s long-term ownership model, the company has maintained strategic focus on developing scalable, feature-rich and adaptable reservation technology.

As part of its next phase, iVector has transitioned to a more open and extensible architecture. This enables customers to integrate new tools, automate workflows and adopt AI-driven capabilities with increased speed and agility, while maintaining the stability and performance of the core reservation system.

Supplier connectivity has remained a priority, supported by an accelerated and increasingly AI-first development approach. The company reports faster partner onboarding, broader product access and reduced time-to-market. Development of intuitive’s single codebase continues in parallel to address evolving distribution and operational requirements.

Cruise capability will be introduced to iVector, incorporating cruise content, pricing and group allocation management into the platform. The new functionality is designed to simplify access to cruise content and enable the management of quotes and bookings alongside other travel components within a single system.

“With Banyan’s backing, the last year has been about strengthening our foundations while building for what’s next in an exciting new era of rapid AI development,” said Paul Nixon, CEO & Founder at intuitive. “We’re focused on giving travel businesses a platform that combines stability with flexibility, allowing them to benefit from the opportunities AI brings and respond quickly to change.”

With continued investment and a growing customer base, intuitive stated it remains focused on combining innovation with operational stability to support travel businesses as market demands and technologies evolve.
