Cendyn launches Meta Hotel Ads in its DMP

 


Cendyn, a global integrated hotel technology and services company, has launched Meta Hotel Ads within its Digital Marketing Platform (DMP), expanding its portfolio of paid media channels to capture high-intent demand across Meta platforms.

The integration enables hotels and resorts to promote real-time rates and availability using AI-powered targeting across Meta platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and Audience Network. Campaign management is centralised within a single platform, supported by ARI connectivity to more than 150 leading providers.

 According to a recent report from Hotelagio, 83% of travellers turned to social media for travel inspiration and planning in 2025. In response to this shift, the Meta Hotel Ads functionality within Cendyn DMP allows hotels to display dynamic ads featuring live pricing and availability directly within social feeds. Properties can direct bookings either through Meta’s environment or via their own booking engine, positioning themselves to compete more effectively with online travel agencies.

The solution leverages live hotel feeds and AI-driven targeting to engage travellers during key moments in the planning journey. In combination with Cendyn’s recent AI Connect integration, which links hotel rates directly to AI-powered search, the platform aims to enhance visibility and campaign intelligence across digital marketing channels.

To manage the operational complexity of multi-channel campaigns, Cendyn DMP provides a unified interface for building, managing and optimising Meta Hotel Ads alongside other paid media initiatives. These include Metasearch, Performance Max for Travel Goals, Google Search Ads and Display Ads, all accessible within a single reporting and management environment.
