SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS and LONDON, UK – Aven Hospitality (formerly Sabre Hospitality Solutions) has partnered with Protect Group to launch Refund Protect within the Aven Hospitality Booking Engine, enabling hotels to offer guests the option to upgrade to a refundable stay at checkout.
Through the Protect Group Onboarding Platform, hotels
can activate and manage Refund Protect using a guided setup process and
configuration controls. The platform is designed to support a streamlined,
technology-led implementation within the booking flow.
Refund Protect is positioned to provide guests with added confidence at the time of booking, while supporting hotels in protecting revenue and reducing friction at the point of purchase. Activation via the Onboarding Platform allows properties to introduce a refundability option without modifying existing cancellation policies or increasing operational complexity for on-property teams.
According to the companies, the integration enables
hotels to offer refundability without weakening their rate strategy or relying
on stricter booking conditions. The system has been designed for seamless
activation and configuration, allowing faster deployment and integration within
the booking engine environment.
