ASTA’s River Cruise Expo provides travel advisors with a unique opportunity to experience the best of European river cruising firsthand while gaining the latest insights, product knowledge and sales strategies to grow their river cruise business.
The five-day event brings together travel advisors and leading river cruise brands for immersive education, ship tours and industry networking in one of Europe’s premier river cruise destinations.
Attendees will have the opportunity to inspect more than a dozen river cruise ships from the world’s leading brands, participate in industry-leading sales training and connect with suppliers and peers during a dedicated trade show and several days of networking opportunities. The event also includes meals onboard participating ships and organized sightseeing tours to explore Vienna.
Following the Expo, advisors will have the opportunity to participate in post-Expo FAM sailings, allowing them to further experience river cruising firsthand.
The 2027 River Cruise Expo will feature expanded participation from the river cruise industry, with at least 13 river cruise brands and a minimum of 17 ships expected to participate, offering more capacity and ship tours than ever before. Century Cruises will participate for the first time and Celebrity River Cruises will return for a second year as Title Sponsor.
ASTA will again offer a limited number of VIP Admission packages, which include priority access to select accommodations, dining and education sessions, advanced booking access for post-Expo sailings, VIP check-in, preferred seating during General Session, a VIP reception and more.
