The end of the year is in sight, so I hope you have enjoyed these stories, reading my letters every day andseeing how our hotels are spreading magic around the world. And all of it, every last word, has pointed to one truth, that we have always strived for the same thing: for every guest to experience the good life. Not in luxury alone, but in being truly seen. Not in excess, but in thoughtful care. Not just for a night, but for a lifetime of memories.

Because hospitality is about giving people a chance to pause, to feel and to belong. It’s what we’ve always stood for at Kempinski. Yesterday. Today. Ever more.
