Radisson’s trio of new signings in Philippines

Radisson Hotel Group has signed three new hotels in the Philippines with SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation (SMHCC): a dual-branded Radisson and Park Inn by Radisson complex within the SM Mall of Asia events and lifestyle district, alongside a standalone Park Inn by Radisson in Santa Rosa, Laguna.

Strategic location within large-scale venue cluster

By 2031, the dual-branded property is expected to open within the 67-hectare SM Mall of Asia complex in Manila, comprising major venues such as the SM Mall of Asia Arena, and the SMX Convention Center Manila. The SMXCITE, estimated to open by 2027, is expected to host roughly 20,000 attendees.

The new Radisson Hotel SM Mall of Asia Manila will offer 200 rooms, including 49 suites and a presidential suite.

Meetings and events are a focus at this hotel, with 3,486 sqm of total event space, anchored by a 2,160-sqm ballroom suitable for conferences, banquets and exhibitions.

Additional facilities include an executive lounge, lobby lounge bar, a specialty rooftop bar and restaurant of approximately 160 sqm, a gym, and outdoor leisure amenities including a swimming pool and kids’ pool.

Sharing the precinct, Park Inn by Radisson SM Mall of Asia Manila will add 300 rooms, including 45 suites, positioned as a midscale complement.

The hotel will feature flexible social and dining spaces, a gym, outdoor swimming pool and kids’ pool.

Greater Manila inroads

In Santa Rosa, approximately 45 minutes south of Metro Manila, Park Inn by Radisson SM Neo Verde Santa Rosa is expected to introduce 200 rooms, including 25 suites, within the emerging SM Neo Verde mixed-use development by 2029.

The hotel will feature three food and beverage outlets and modern meetings and events facilities to support corporate meetings and social functions in the fast-growing Greater Manila corridor.

Leisure amenities will include a gym, outdoor swimming pool, kids’ pool and outdoor play areas.

The broader Neo Verde development will integrate a retail mall and a new city bus terminal scheduled to become Santa Rosa’s transport hub by 2029, with future office and residential phases planned.

The latest signings come as Radisson Hotel Group marks 15 years in the Philippines. Since the opening of its first hotel in Cebu, the Group has expanded to six operating hotels with 1,436 keys nationwide, with a further 15 properties and 3,090 keys in the development pipeline.
