In a strategic move to deepen engagement with high-performing agencies, April Swales has joined NEST as Business Development Manager. Swales spearheads outreach to agency prospects that meet the network’s high standards for affiliation. Swales brings a dynamic blend of leadership, innovation, and firsthand agency experience to NEST. Most recently, she served as Director, Marketing & Sales at Uniglobe Travel Center. There she led advisor recruitment and mentorship for more than 500 agencies, delivering measurable sales growth. Her nine-year tenure as the owner of a luxury travel agency further equips her to champion NEST’s objective of empowering advisors through technology, coaching, and strategic partnerships.

Swales will help NEST meet the increasing demand for affiliation from home-based agencies. The network has added 81 agencies this year, contributing $253 million in preferred partner sales. This follows a banner year in 2024, when 60 agencies joined with preferred sales of $152 million. This momentum underscores NEST’s position as the go-to network for home-based travel entrepreneurs.
