Vietnam Airlines and Amadeus Partner to Elevate Digital Capabilities

 

Vietnam Airlines today announced a strategic partnership with Amadeus IT Group, a global leader in travel technology, marking a major milestone in the airline's digital transformation journey. This collaboration will support Vietnam Airlines in achieving its long-term strategic objectives in alignment with SkyTeam and IATA standards.

As part of the agreement, both parties have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), committing to the integration of Artificial Intelligence (Al) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), which aim to deliver innovative, next-generation technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency
