JNTO Strengthens India-Japan Tourism at OTM 2025

The Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) Delhi office made a significant impact at OTM 2025, engaging in over 500 meetings with Indian travel professionals.

Collaborating with ten leading Japanese sellers, JNTO showcased Japan’s diverse travel experiences, emphasizing cultural heritage, natural beauty, adventure, and culinary delights.

A dedicated booth provided insights into the upcoming Osaka Expo 2025, encouraging Indian participation.

Japan was honored with the “Best Cultural and Heritage Destination” award at the event, highlighting its appeal among Indian travelers.

In a move to enhance travel convenience, Keisei Electric Railway Co., Ltd. introduced the “Skyliner E-Ticket Face Check in GO” system on January 24, 2025.

This facial recognition boarding system allows passengers to board reserved-seat trains without physical tickets, streamlining access between downtown Tokyo and Narita Airport Terminal 1 Station.

The service is available to all travelers, including international visitors, and supports multiple languages: English, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean.
