The system will feature a vision-based machine learning hybrid approach, utilizing intelligent cameras to provide comprehensive real-time space occupancy monitoring in the parking facilities of each of the resorts. Towne Park is the parking operations company that manages the parking facilities of both resorts.

EnSight’s technology supports in-motion level counting zones and individual monitoring of ADA spaces, ensuring efficient and accessible parking solutions for all guests. By leveraging AI and machine learning, the system will enhance accuracy and responsiveness, greatly improving the user experience, the company reports.
In addition to the advanced monitoring capabilities, the project also includes the installation of new interactive digital signage to guide guests and visitors to available parking spaces quickly and easily, significantly reducing the time spent searching for parking and alleviating congestion.
