Change in number of shares and votes in Scandic

 The number of shares and votes in Scandic Hotels Group AB (publ) (“Scandic”) has changed in September 2024 as a result of conversion of 270 of convertible bonds issued in 2021 to 622,600 of shares in Scandic.

The total number of shares in Scandic has in September 2024 increased by 622,600 shares, corresponding to 622,600 votes. Today, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares and votes in Scandic amounted to 219,157,922.
