Living Hotels enhances guest and staff experiences through innovative digital solutions, streamlining operations and elevating satisfaction across its 18 apartment hotels.

Living Hotels, a family-run brand with 18 apartment hotels, has enhanced guest and staff experiences by digitalizing its operations and management processes.

Partnering with SIHOT, a leading property management system provider, Living Hotels aimed to reduce operational costs while elevating the guest experience from arrival through to in-room and post-stay services. With rising guest expectations, Living Hotels sought to free its teams from administrative tasks to focus more on guest satisfaction.

Prioritizing user-friendly and efficient systems, the brand adopted several SIHOT solutions, combining three key components:

  • SIHOT.PRE-& POST-STAY: Automates guest communication with pre-arrival and post-stay emails featuring upsell promotions.
  • SIHOT.KIOSK: A self-service check-in and check-out terminal, currently in use at Living Hotels Frankfurt and Soulmate Garching.
  • SIHOT.GO!: A mobile app allowing guests to manage reservations, check-in, service requests, and access hotel information, active in the Frankfurt property.

Additionally, Living Hotels introduced in-room temperature and lighting controls, a 24/7 chatbot for guest inquiries, and DocuSign to streamline business agreements.

The brand plans to expand SIHOT.KIOSK and SIHOT.GO! across all properties, along with SIHOT.MOBILE to assist teams in housekeeping, maintenance, and guest request management.
