As Vice Chair, Mrs. Liburd's role is not solitary. She will work in collaboration with the newly elected Chairman, the Honorable Ian Gooding-Edghill, and Andrea Franklin, Chairperson for the Board of Directors, and other members of the Executive Committee and Allied Board of Directors. Together, they will assist the CTO to help shape and advance the tourism strategy for the Caribbean region. Their collective efforts will ensure that the Caribbean's unique tourism offerings remain competitive on the global stage.
