Αποτέλεσμα εικόνας για Jetstar ranks last in overall satisfaction amongst airlines

Receiving one star out of five for overall customer satisfaction, Jetstar has been branded the worst airline in the world.

About 37.2% of the Jetstar passengers complained about delays to their flights. They said that the average wait time for the delays  after the scheduled departure time is about four hours.

The watchdog Choice organised an international survey which had 11,273 respondents and named this Australian airline 73rd for overall satisfaction.

Customers from Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, France, Italy, Portugal and Spain were surveyed and asked to score airlines on punctuality, check in, boarding, treatment by staff, comfort, meals, safety and value for money.

Tigerair, the primary rival of Jetstar was not listed in the survey as there were not enough respondents. Jetstar’s spokesperson said that there are a lot of holes in this latest Choice survey, including leaving out our main competitor Tiger because they didn’t collect enough responses, so the veracity of the report is questionable. About delays, they said that weather is often the major source of delays specially when flying for the tropical destinations.
