DUBLIN, OH—Waramaug Hospitality, along with Interstate Hotels and Resorts, has acquired the 215-room Crowne Plaza Metro North located here.
The Crowne Plaza will undergo a comprehensive $6-million renovation of the guestrooms and public space. The venture appointed Interstate Hotels & Resorts to manage the hotel.
The Crowne Plaza is located in a northwest suburb of Columbus. Dublin is home to the annual Memorial Golf Tournament at Muirfield Village Golf Club. The property offers 13,000 sq. ft. of meetings space and is in close proximity to the Columbus Zoo, Zoombezi Bay and Ohio State University.
