Stay in Russia 72 hours without a visa

Russian Federal Agency for Tourism head Alexander Radkov announced at WTM 2013 a new law that would allow transit passengers to stay in Russia for 72 hours without a visa. 
The law could come into force July 1, 2014. The visa is valid for 20 countries from Europe including France, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Finland, Aegean sea countries In addition  USA, South Korea, and Japan.
