Now under construction, the 75-suite property owned by Posada Cabo San Lucas, S.A. is scheduled to open in Q4 2016.
The hotel will offer travelers residential-style accommodations and value-added amenities that emphasize comfort, convenience and productivity. Growing the award-winning brand in the Caribbean and Latin America, the agreement is Homewood Suites' third in the region and second in Mexico.

Homewood Suites' Latin America prototype design emphasizes efficiency of space, while staying true to the brand experience by creating a clear sense of place reflecting local culture. Guests of Homewood Suites by Hilton Cabo San Lucas will be welcomed by an inviting open concept lobby that flows into an indoor/outdoor living room and dining terrace. The hotel will feature 70 spacious studios, and 5 one-bedroom suites, all with fully-equipped kitchens complete with microwave, full-size refrigerator, cooktop, cooking accessories and more. Rooms will offer clearly defined kitchen, living and sleeping zones, as well as ample work space. Dining options will include a full-service bar and lounge space for breakfast, lunch and dinner; pantry with a kitchen look and feel offering ready-made snacks; and suite shop convenience store offering a variety of other food, toiletry, and travel-need items for purchase.
